Before homes in the Cadence Park community were complete and available for viewing, Great Parks Neighborhoods wanted potential buyers to be able to imagine their lives there.
EWI created a multi point digital experience for the Cadence Park Welcome Center that encouraged visitors to explore everything that the neighborhood had to offer.
Two swiveling “periscope” fixtures rotated 360 degrees around the Welcome Center, allowing guests to explore the areas surrounding Cadence Park.
When the displays were pointed toward nearby points of interest (schools, parks, airports, beaches, etc.), digital screens provided video content and information about each attraction.
Nearby, large 4K screens gave visitors a feel for what their life in Cadence Park could be like — through candid photos, a calendar of upcoming events and current surf and ski reports.
An augmented reality map allowed guests to explore Cadence Park’s amenities with an interactive iPad.
Map hotspots automatically triggered 3D images and detailed explanations of amenities.
Visitors could explore available Cadence Park home floorplans with a home recommendation touchscreen app.
To ensure that children could participate in the Cadence Park digital experience, we created a digital games area where children could play while their parents explored.
EWI provided overall strategy, digital design and development, hardware design, engineering, and manufacturing.
Our team ensured that the launch of the Cadence Park Welcome Center went smoothly. More than 2,000 guests engaged with Welcome Center digital experiences at the space’s grand opening.
